4. Worn Suspension Components
Your steering system relies on a network of tie rods, ball joints, and control arm bushings to keep everything tight. As these parts wear out, they develop “play” or looseness. This allows the wheel to shift its angle while you’re driving, causing the car to wander or drift unpredictably across the road.
5. Tire Conicity
This is a hidden issue that even a perfect alignment won’t fix. Tire conicity happens when a tire is manufactured (or wears down) into a slight cone shape rather than a perfect cylinder. Because the tire is essentially “leaning” to one side, it will pull the car in that direction regardless of how straight your alignment is.
